Who We Are
LALCO Tracker is an internal staff management tool operated by LALCO. It is used to monitor daily Facebook post compliance by sales staff as part of company policy.
Information We Collect
- Your Facebook name and profile ID
- Your email address (from Facebook profile)
- A Facebook access token — used only to fetch engagement data from your own posts
- Screenshots you upload as post evidence
- Facebook post URLs you submit
- Post engagement data — likes, comments, shares, reactions
- Post content you enter for AI quality analysis
- Your Employee ID and submission timestamps
How We Use Your Information
- Verifying that you have published your required daily Facebook post
- Tracking post engagement metrics for performance monitoring
- AI-powered analysis of post quality and business relevance
- Generating compliance reports for management
- Syncing updated engagement data via scheduled daily updates
Facebook Permissions
This app requests the following Facebook permissions:
- public_profile — to identify you by name
- email — to associate your submission with your account
Your Facebook access token is stored securely and used only to fetch engagement data from posts you explicitly submit. We do not access your private messages, friends list, or any other Facebook data.
AI Analysis
Post content you submit may be analyzed by OpenAI's API to assess quality, business relevance, and provide improvement suggestions. This analysis is used only for internal performance monitoring. OpenAI processes data in accordance with their privacy policy.
Data Storage & Security
- All data is stored on a secure internal company server
- Access tokens are never shared with third parties
- Only authorized LALCO administrators can access the dashboard
- Screenshots are stored on the company server and not shared publicly
Data Retention
Submission data and screenshots are retained for 12 months for compliance and reporting purposes. Access tokens are deleted when a staff member leaves the company.
Third-Party Services
This app uses the Facebook Graph API to fetch post engagement data, and OpenAI API for post quality analysis. Your use of Facebook Login is subject to Facebook's Privacy Policy.
